Very unorganized. Lost my vehicle for over 4 1/2 hours when I had to towed to them. No one checked it. It just sat somewhere until my agent Courtney asked why I haven’t brought my truck down when I sent i when I had to towed to them. No one checked it. It just sat somewhere until my agent Courtney asked why I haven’t brought my truck down when I sent it there at Noon. When I went to get a loaner @ the dealership they couldn’t even find the keys for the loaner so I Had to take one that was not even cleaned out, dirty not sanitized and had broken parts on it. (Still even had someone’s hat and belongings they must have forgotten. After it sitting there for almost 3 days finally I got a hold of Courtney and she said they can’t figure out how to start it (yeah, that’s why I towed it to them) then was ask if they could have permission to do a diagnostic test on it?!?! (How else are they going to figure out the problem) the Mechanic that supposedly had 40 years experience sat there and turn the key so much trying to make it start that it killed my battery so I had to wait another day for them to charge it. They also said there was a recall on the NAV and they would upgrade it. Picked it up unwashed (maybe only Range Rover returns ur vehicle clean) went to the grocery store backed in and when I got Home I immediately saw damage to the back and bumper. The license plate light the covering in the bulb was broken and bumper scuffed. The service advisor tried to tell me it must’ve happened at the store even though I backed it in. I tried twice to get a hold of the service manager Jim. The main number the lady said she couldn’t find back in the service area so I asked if they could have him call me back at his earliest convenience. The next day I get a TEXT from my service agent Courtney saying what’s wrong with your truck now Crystal? Are you serious she couldn’t call me.? I called her back and asked to please speak to the service manager she put me on hold to find him 15 minutes later she clicks back and says she’s been so busy answering phone she haven’t had a chance find him. I finally got so tired of getting the runaround and no response. I drove down there and within two seconds of walking in the door the service manager Jim greeted me. He allowed me to voice my concerns , looked at my vehicle and I explained everything that happened. I told him I’ve never had such a horrible experience from a dealership. So unorganized, so unprofessional, and so lazy. Jim the service Manager on the other hand. Was extremely professional, cared about my concerns, took them seriously and Is going to take care of my truck when I bring it back. If it wasn’t for the fact that I absolutely love my Ford RaptorSVT and the amazing service manager Jim at Metro Ford OKC. I would got gotten rid of my Ford just to not have to deal with the dealership again. The Metro Ford from OKC dealership would of lost me as a customer and probably as a Ford owner if it wasn’t for the service manager Jim If u take ur vehicle there I highly recommend u deal with Jim. If you want things done right. More

I went in to the dealership just to check out some pricing of the 2020 ford explorers, with no intention of purchasing one that day, but sure enough we ended up trading in our 2017 explorer for a bran pricing of the 2020 ford explorers, with no intention of purchasing one that day, but sure enough we ended up trading in our 2017 explorer for a brand NEW 2021 Explorer XLT Sport Appearance Package! Salesmans were very good people and gave great service! I have bought 2 Explorers from them because from my experience both times they had exactly what we were looking for in an Explorer XLT models and for a Great Price! Couldn't pass it up! I would definitely shop there again!! And I do recommend checking out Metro Ford of OKC! More
