Service department scratched & removed ceramic coating when trying to fix scratches. I was told I could take it to my guy, bring them the bill and they would reimburse me. I did that and now I can’t get d when trying to fix scratches. I was told I could take it to my guy, bring them the bill and they would reimburse me. I did that and now I can’t get dealership to pay for the damage and management is giving me run around and it’s been 2 months since the damage was caused! Aggravating they are the only authorized Roush dealership. More
