Poor communication between technicians, mechanic and customer. Set in lobby 5 hours when told it would take 1 hour then told didn’t have part and would need to bring back. I spent a lot of time working out an appropriate price to purchase a vehicle over the course of a week. In the day and age of COVID, the dealership practice of trying to get you an in-person appointment is purchase a vehicle over the course of a week. In the day and age of COVID, the dealership practice of trying to get you an in-person appointment is not ideal. I wish you could negotiate via social distant means until you are ready to purchase. Now, I will say the salesman was really helpful and nice. The reason I decided to go through this dealership was for the time and care he showed me. However, once I negotiated the purchase price (I already had a loan in place at my bank), I was shuffled back to the finance department with my wife and 9 year old son. While wrapping the deal up, the finance specialist, Patrick, proceeded to tell me about his dad being from Baltimore, MD and I quote “when it wasn’t black”, and that Baltimore is like OKC, because that one city swings the votes for that state. We left and spoke to our Salesman whom apologized for him and on his way to fill up our new vehicle and get it detailed said something to the tune of, “you made a racist remark to my customer” to which I got a text message from Patrick that implies, I’m sorry, I have 2 black grandkids and that is the way my dad said it... Really, you have an excuse for uttering racist rhetoric? I have the text if any fact checker would like to contact me to prove it. I’m severely disappointed with this individual and I’m giving the benefit to the dealership that this is a loose cannon who works for them and not a corporate culture. More

They handled my body work efficiently. They gave me a loaner car which was greatly appreciated. They polished my headlight lenses as a courtesy.
