The Metro Ford dealership sold me a 2017 Ford F250 that had been deleted without any disclosure. I have left 10 voice messages over two months for Matt Randall without a returned call. The salesman tried to get Matt Randall to take some course of action to no avail. The customer service is terrible and no one wants to take responsibility nor do anything about any issues. They tried to sell me an extended warranty on the truck that is not even covered under warranty because it has been deleted, which I did not realize at the time they were trying to sell me the extended warranty. All businesses have issues, but the good ones address the problem and don't run and hide in a corner hoping the problem goes away. More

I had told them keep it closer to 400 a month then it was acted like warranties were added by using ford friends of family, then I look at contract when I got home and almost six thousand had been included, Smh. I actually enjoyed my visit to Metro Ford! They let me look at whatever vehicle I wanted to and then searched for a vehicle that fit my needs after that. Came with Royal Treatment plan to change my oil. Supposed to have tires rotated as well, topped off fluids. Besides oil changes nothing else was done (receipt says that they did). Also, lots of employees walked around inside with no masks during mask mandate so didn't feel safe in the waiting room for 2 hours waiting for an oil change. They claimed that it takes so long since they didn't have the filter to my Nissan - but I did make appointment online 2 days earlier so they had all car info. Whole experience very disappointing...
