They wanted to charge me almost $2500 more for paying cash on a pickup. It only had one key so they wanted me to pay $145 for a new key then $100 to program it. It had keypad door looks so they wanted me to pay another $100 to get the master key pad number so I could reprogram the key pad even though a member of the service department said it should be free since I bought the truck there. I called and asked the salesman Kelly and he told me he went all the way to the to the top and couldn’t do anything about it but if we would have brought it up when I bought I would have had a better bargaining chip! Do I really need a bargain g chip when you spend that kind of money and then be treated like that! So sad! I will not be back and I will tell everybody about my horrible experance More

Metro Ford had a vehicle I was looking for! Searching all local dealerships in Kansas I could not find the specific car i was looking for. Searching Oklahoma City area, Metro Ford had the car in question. I made contact via their Web page and almost immediately Metro Ford contacted me via a Chat session. They asked for my email address, i explained I did not want to be "bombed" with email from them. The "internet person" said they would hold any emails. They DID!! I met Metro Ford in person after several contacts by them, once at the dealership, I was treated "royally"!! After several conversations, we came to a settlement of the price and I happily drove the car I wanted back home! Their Customer Service was excellent! Their Finance Department explained their process in great detail and very helpful to us! YES, i will recommend Metro Ford of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma any day of the week! We are VERY Pleased with their services and follow up contact by our salesman! More
They stepped up and fixed extra stuff. I love Metro Ford. They mentioned that I had a problem with "swollen lug nuts" that should be replaced. Slow to respond and poor communication I wanted to do a deal out of state and honesty Mason didn't seem to want to do business with me. We spoke on the last day at the end of the month and I wanted to do a deal out of state and honesty Mason didn't seem to want to do business with me. We spoke on the last day at the end of the month and he was impatient with me once he realised he wasn't going to get a sell that day, which is fair enough. But, he then said he would reach back out once the craziness of month end was finished. Several days went by and this never happened. A week later a finance person passed the phone back to Mason and so we ended up talking again. This time, he was quick to tell me the reason why no one has tried to call me the last week is that my credit application was incomplete (which it had all the *required fields filled in... turns out more was actually required). I then asked why, if my application was incomplete, I was not notified earlier (I had been calling each day and told each day the had my application and a sales manager would be in contact with me shortly) of this so I could rectify the problem without days going by. He basically said, it was because they were busy with other customers, so those customers with incomplete forms, were left untouched. He said I needed to go refill out the application. I refilled out my credit application and was told, again I would be contacted by a sales manager soon. Two more days went by with no call. I called back, this time asking to speak with someone other than Mason. This person said, my application was missing a phone number and some other details again, but he simply asked me for those details over the phone and completed the form for me on the spot. He made me wish Mason had done this for me two days ago. In the midst of all this I had emailed the GM there three times complaining about my experience asking for some help in getting connected to someone who could help me. He never responded to any of my emails. More

The last time I was in there my paperwork said you rotated my tires. Why doesn’t car fax know you did that. Your customer service person said you did that every time I had an oil change.
