How can you say that you appreciate my business when you didn’t get my business? I picked up my Raptor after it sat at your dealership for three days because no one looked at it and nothing was done, and I had an appointment. I was without transportation for 3 days for nothing because your service department didn’t tell me that an appointment does not mean you will actually look at my vehicle. An appointment with your service department means you are in line to have someone look at your vehicle and when they do that depends on how many other vehicles are in front of you. It could be three days or three weeks, no one really knows for sure because they won’t give you a day or time. Of course no one told me that was your policy / process. I was informed about that after my Raptor sat up there for a couple days. On day three when your Service Dept couldn’t tell me where I was in line I came and got my Raptor, scheduled an appointment with another ford dealership that actually honors an appointment time. Bringing my Raptor to Metro Ford for service turned out to be a major hassle and a big waste of my time.
