Difficult as far as I wasn't picking the car up that day after we agreed on a deal. But they kept pushing me to pay in full and I was paying cash . I purchased my car from Metro Honda in 2023, with Premier Insurance covering tires. A few months ago, they replaced a tire with a different brand, and now, the same issue occurred. When I returned, I was tol Insurance covering tires. A few months ago, they replaced a tire with a different brand, and now, the same issue occurred. When I returned, I was told the coverage didn’t apply because of the tire brand mismatch—despite this being their choice. I also had an incomplete service experience—my tire wasn’t fixed, even after being told to pick up the car. The manager, Gabe, did not resolve the issue, and I had to pay out of pocket. I hope higher authorities respond soon. More
