The communication between customer and service employees was almost non-existent. It was impossible to know when my car was ready to be picked up or even know on which day. Over two days, I never received any communication at all from Honda. I tried calling the service department numerous times. Only once did I get a person on the phone. She put me on hold. After an hour of waiting on hold, I gave up. More
