I had a horrible experience at Metro Honda. I bought a 2024 Honda HR-V. They didn’t show me the Carfax report or take the time to go over any of the car’s features with me. After I bought th I bought a 2024 Honda HR-V. They didn’t show me the Carfax report or take the time to go over any of the car’s features with me. After I bought the car, I noticed a dent and a broken door that weren’t there before. I went back to the dealership sale representative, who told me not to worry and said they would order the parts to fix it. I waited over 10 days for the parts to arrive, but nothing was fixed and no one followed up with me. This was a horrible experience with terrible customer service. Once they sell you the car, they completely stop caring. I do not recommend Metro Honda to anyone — be very careful before buying from them! More
