I was very specific to him about the most I could spend a month on the pilot also very specific on only putting the first month payment down. I explained I did not want to drive down with my kids to have my time wasted. He said to me again just come He would take care of it. So I drove 45 minutes to the dealership with my 4 kids and when I got there he tried playing a games by adding numbers in. Completely not what we discussed. He told me he could do the amount i said was my max. $600 down for the first month payment and $600 a month Car payments. So I am not satisfied because he wasted my time. It's very disappointing because I have been going there for years. My original sales person left and he would have never pulled something like this and then I get this guy who just plays games. Says he is going to take care of it and then plays the car salesman game. It's just unbelievable and very disappointing. More

I was happy with everything concerning my visit on 4/12/2023 except for 1 thing......the cashier person. When she saw I was going to write a check, she made a few remarks that I didnt appreciate. She 4/12/2023 except for 1 thing......the cashier person. When she saw I was going to write a check, she made a few remarks that I didnt appreciate. She asked, "You must be the only person still writing checks. Dont you have a debit card?" I said, "I do but I dont want to use it." That wasnt good enough so she asked, "Well, doesnt the check come out of the same account?" I just answered, "I have a bunch of checks that I need to use up." Then she mentioned it takes longer to process a payment made by check. That to me was saying she didnt want the extra work to process my check, which is why she wanted me to use my debit card. If Metro Honda accepts checks, who was she to question me why I was paying with a check and not my debit card? That REALLY pissed me off! More
