Was given an estimate of 3 hours for my cars oil change and told the staff I would wait. I waited there for almost 4 hours even though my car was done in less than an hour. They had my wrong number on file and told the staff I would wait. I waited there for almost 4 hours even though my car was done in less than an hour. They had my wrong number on file (even though it was my 2nd time at this dealer) and they only briefly checked 2 waiting rooms even though they have 2. Highly disappointed that I wasted an entire day. I have never been disappointed in the service my vehicle gets, but customer service and organization 0/5 More

This deer xxxx is one of the worst as far as Honda goes. I was there at 7:30 this morning first online for oil change and they didn’t open till 745.
