I had am very unhappy with my experience. I brought my car in for service. I was later called an informed what work needed to be done and what couldn’t be done. My wife picked up the vehicl I brought my car in for service. I was later called an informed what work needed to be done and what couldn’t be done. My wife picked up the vehicle after being serviced and what was discussed was not done. I called numerous times in the morning to speak with the service advisor and it’s been over 5 hours with no return call. I then receive a text asking me to contact him if there are any issues before filling out this surgery. I called again and texted and still no return call. I am a resident and am employed in Jersey City so this is very disappointing. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle to Metro Honda. More

My financial manager Benny J. was very helpful, super personable and friendly, made the entire process easy and streamlined when it came down to financing and figuring out a good warranty for the car.
