I think it is too late now, you should not treat customers this way especially returning customers. I am a business man myself and I never let my customers go unhappy because once you loose customer it is almost impossible to gain them back. Regardless, I bought the car very next day from Princeton Honda and they treated me reasonably (it is a win win for both parties). It took exactly 1 hour 20 minutes from the time I entered the dealership till the time I got the car, so Princeton Honda understood the assignment and worked efficiently to close the deal, so moral of the story you are not the only dealer and someone else will sell the car if you don’t, so please tell your staff to be humble, honest and kind so that you don’t have spent time cleaning up their mess because time you will never get back. For now on even if stranger utters the word metro honda, I am making sure they don’t end up in your dealership because I want to help people from wasting their precious time.

I bought the car on 6/6/24 the paperwork was supposed to be emailed to me after a few emails and phone calls I finally received it on 6/11/24. On the bill of sale there was a charge for $198 for "Vehicle Protection Program" when I asked what it covered was there paperwork or a website something that would define it, I was told it covered glass. I still have no information on this program. I called and emailed multiple times over the past month and received simple answers of nothing ready yet. Finally, I spoke with a young lady who told me it was part of a huge software failure. That was the first person to provide me with any information, yet I now have a car parked because my temporary plate expired. Will the dealership refund the $799 they charged me for a service they failed to provide? How long before I can get my plates title and registration so that i can get the car inspected? The check cleared my bank 2 days after the sale!
