I’m a dealership kind of person - also a Honda kind of person. I’ve dealt with a lot of service departments. This one is the worst. the service was terrible unrespectful and "the Manager" does not know how to take care of his client. I was using Costco to find the dealer and i will report it. Your technician William is the worst. He doesn't know how to treat people. He is condescending and rude. I left my car on a Thursday September 2nd. 2021 at 10 for a flat tire and kept calling all day and Fri to treat people. He is condescending and rude. I left my car on a Thursday September 2nd. 2021 at 10 for a flat tire and kept calling all day and Friday all day and leaving messages for him to tell me an update on my car and he never called me!!!! Due to work I couldn't go in person until Saturday morning that I finally met a decent human being and employee Elvis who actually updated me on my car status and helped me get my car fixed as soon as he could. I picked up my car on Tuesday September 7th afternoon almost a week after leaving it because your horrible employee William didn't have the decency to call me with an update either on Thursday or Friday. You shouldn't have an employee like William working for your company. And should give a raise to the nicest guy Elvis Orellana who actually works because he likes what he does and has an amazing customer service skills. More
