Never again I went to this dealership to check into a Kia Sorento. I had done plenty of research on the car online before I went there, and knew some of the pric I went to this dealership to check into a Kia Sorento. I had done plenty of research on the car online before I went there, and knew some of the pricing. First of all, I had asked repeatedly for an online quote before I drove all the way over there, never received one from this dealer, nor any other Kia dealer. That should have raised a red flag. I will say that Rich was great, very helpful. Things went bad when it came time for numbers. Rich did the typical "check with the manager" game, and brought back a quote that was almost insulting on the trade, and basically MSRP on the two different new models that I looked at. Then Mark the used sales manager comes in and the real trouble started. This man is the epitome of "Used Car Salesman". When I dared to dispute the amount for the trade in, he became extremely combative, and made me feel stupid for even asking. When I explained to him that another dealer had offered me $3000 more, he said it was because that car must be more expensive, I tried to explain that it was not, it was actually about $8000 less than the quote they gave me on a new Kia SXL. He acted like I was lying, and even said that my math wasn't adding up. (It was). I also did not appreciate the tactic of presenting the quote as the monthly payment - not the final price, until I asked. One of the monthly payments was based on a 7 year loan! Who pays for a car over a 7 year period? Of course the payment is going to be low, but the car would be worth nothing by the time it's paid for. I then stated that Kelley Blue Book was actually $3000 more than he quoted me. His response "Kelley is not going to be writing the check, are they?". At that point, I decided I was done. I asked for the keys to my current vehicle (which they had in their possession for at least an hour and a half - hard to leave when you don't have your car keys, right?) They followed me out, and when Rich asked me why I was leaving, I told him that his sales manager was a jerk, and there is no way I would do business with him. Of course, then Mark threw out "What if we give you what you want for your trade?". No way. That guy turned me off to the dealership, as well as Kia. I went across the street and had a wonderful experience at the Honda dealer, and I'm now a proud owner of a Honda CRV, and plan to be a Honda owner for life at this point. Rich was great, everything else about this dealership was horrible. Especially Mark - Sure wish I had his last name. More

I went in there and had an appointment, the salesmen follow you around the lot until you park, it's creepy. I was very descriptive over email what I was looking for and my price range and he assured me follow you around the lot until you park, it's creepy. Then the sales person I had an appointment with proceeded to show me NOT ONE car in my price range, badgered me to apply for more credit, pushed cars I wasnt interested in and told me I was essentially "stupid" for thinking I could get what I was looking for in my price range. I finally left, they badgered me for about 45 minutes. I went NEXT DOOR and found what I was looking for, in my price range. I would not recommend going here. More
John and Adam made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. I visited several Kia dealerships and Metro Kia was the best by far.
