Metro Kia of Madison service department, and Dan Bowser, did a good job in getting my Sorento in soon and scheduling needed service—a leaking oil pressure switch under warranty. We also decided to perform other engine services proactively at reduced rates in view of the engine being partially disassembled which reduced labor coasts. Was also furnished a new Niro loan vehicle during the one week repair which I appreciated. So far so good with the repair. Not leaking oil fortunately. Going forward we may further test and invoke the famed 100K-200K warranty from Metro Kia if warranted, as miles accumulate and I plan to keep and maintain my ,17 Sorento which has been a fine, dependable vehicle. This may well determine whether I purchase another Kia from Metro Kia in future ! Thanks to the entire crew at Metro Kia, especially the service technician and Dan Bowser. Please pass my compliments on to them . More
Worked with Aiden at Metro. He was very knowledgeable and a good listener. We bought a Telluride and couldn't be happier with the process. He was very knowledgeable and a good listener. We bought a Telluride and couldn't be happier with the process. More

Spoke with Jake Harris. He was very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. He listened to what I want in a car. At this time, I am not ready to purchase a new car. Yesterday, 11/10/22, I brought my newly purchased (from Zimbrick) vehicle in to Metro Kia of Madison’s service department to have a 30k mile inspection done (it included an oil change and a few other thing Zimbrick) vehicle in to Metro Kia of Madison’s service department to have a 30k mile inspection done (it included an oil change and a few other things). I was called back during the inspection and was told that I urgently needed to have my front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced, as well as a brake fluid flush. They made it sound as if I would crash if I drove the car off the lot. They then quoted me $1300 for the repairs they suggested I needed. Being that I am not fully ignorant to brake needs and repairs, I declined to have them perform the service and took my vehicle to my local trusted mechanic who I have been going to for years. My mechanic disagreed with the findings of Metro Kia significantly, and he suggested that I only needed front pads, rotors and a fluid flush. He quoted me a whopping $340 and he told me it was not nearly as urgent as they had made it seem. Because this vehicle was purchased less than a month ago from Zimbrick, they told me they would also do an inspection free of charge and that they would replace what was needed if their findings concurred with that of Kia. After their inspection, their findings matched that of my local trusted mechanic, they did the appropriate work and sent me on my way. Metro Kia falsified the documentation they gave me from their service department in an effort to make me pay astronomical prices for unnecessary work. More
