ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WAS EXCELLENT FOR OIL CHANGE HOWEVER HAVING SOMETHING EVALUATED WHILE VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY WAS A NIGHTMARE ESPECIALLY IF VEHICLE WAS BOUGHT ELSEWHERE . NO REGARD OR CONCERN FOR ISS HAVING SOMETHING EVALUATED WHILE VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY WAS A NIGHTMARE ESPECIALLY IF VEHICLE WAS BOUGHT ELSEWHERE . NO REGARD OR CONCERN FOR ISSUE AND ULTIMATELY WAS TOLD ENTIRE SUB ASSEMBLY REQUIRED REPLACEMENT. MY NEPHEW HAD TO VISIT HIS TOYOTA DEALERSHIP TO CONFIRM THE P/N THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WE OBTAINED THE BILL OF MATERIALS AND VISITED ANOTHER LOCAL LEXUS DEALERSHIP AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. SHAME ON YOU METRO LEXUS More

Great transaction. The finance guy was also very helpful and on top of things. Car was delivered on Thanksgiving day. Went a vacation for nine days and came home to a dead battery. Called the dealership after trying to revive the battery and they said this was not covered. Can’t understand how buying a car that doesn’t start. Doesn’t have coverage for things like this. I didn’t even put 1 mile on before I had to put money into it. I think that part of the deal needs to be examined a little bit better. Yes it was only a $35,000 car but I think a $400 battery to seal the deal would’ve been the way to handle the situation. More
