I wanted to write a review of Metro Lexus and their team. . it all started at the Cleveland Auto Show when we were browsing all of the nice, new cars and then we stumbled upon the newly redesigned lexus RX. W . it all started at the Cleveland Auto Show when we were browsing all of the nice, new cars and then we stumbled upon the newly redesigned lexus RX. Wow were we impressed! After seeing all of the new features we just knew that we had to have one. We reached out to Metro Lexus with hopes to find our dream car. Tori, our sales specialist, was absolutely incredible! At first, it was difficult to locate the vehicle model and colors that we wanted, but Tori and all of the staff at Metro Lexus went above and beyond to find it for us! We are so thankful for the stellar experience that we had. I also wanted to put in a special thanks to Pete Mapp!! A+++ experience and I would highly recommend Metro Lexus to everyone!! More

Christian went above and beyond for me. It was easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. He got me everything I asked for and wanted(Color/Features) and then some. Christian had the NX shipped to best car buying experience I’ve ever had. He got me everything I asked for and wanted(Color/Features) and then some. Christian had the NX shipped to Metro from another dealer, and then personally delivered it to my house. That is some first class service. Christian also made everything smooth and easy and was able to get me out of my current lease. If you’re looking for a new ride, look up Christian he won’t Belly ache over what kind of car you’re wanting. He’ll get you what you want, and I assure you you’ll have a great car buying experience.
