I had a great experience at metro Lexus. I was concerned that since I came in after work, that they would judge me by my appearance and treat me a certain way, but everyone in the place was really nice. Everyone I have encountered there from the sales staff, service staff, finance and managers are very helpful. The last two times I worked with Abed as my salesman and he is always responsive, accessible and has great customer service. The service department staff is also great - friendly and I never wait long. Sometimes I bring work to do and barely get anything done because I am in and out in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Metro Lexus! More
