He looks for the car you are searching for and calls you when he sees one he thinks you might be interested in. And I know from my buying experiences with Matt that he will never "push" a car on you just to make a sale. He found the exact new 2024 Lexus NX350 Hybrid for me three months ago! Matt is also excellent with follow-ups, and returns your calls or texts as soon as he is not with another client. I have purchased five cars from Metro Lexus and recently a rarer older Lexus convertible from their sister store in Green (Akron), Ohio. Each time has been an easy and enjoyable experience. Tori went above and beyond to help both my husband and I find the perfect Lexus for each of us.She was so fabulous with her interactions with my husband's purchase over the summer, that I went to her as wel find the perfect Lexus for each of us.She was so fabulous with her interactions with my husband's purchase over the summer, that I went to her as well when I was ready to trade in my Audi. She welcomed me back to the Lexus family and patiently kept looking for a slightly used RX350L that had everything that I wanted. She called me when the perfect car came in, and I trusted her so much, that I bought it sight unseen based on her opinions of the car.
