I filled out a dealer inquiry form on the Metro Lexus website one evening and the following morning I received a text message from Desiree asking if it was ok to connect via text. That was such a nice feature considering how many robocalls and texts I receive in a day. Desiree sent me cars available via text message. I chose a car, filled out a little paperwork online, and sent her a copy of my insurance and license. She then set up an appointment to complete the car buying process. It was so fast. I went in and signed a few things and was done! Yasmeen then spent time with me teaching me how to use all the new features. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! What was most impressive though, was their knowledge of the product. Go to just about any American automobile dealership, start asking questions or ask questions while pointing at buttons and knobs, and it won’t be long before “I don’t know “. You better be determined if you go here because you will have to ask a lot of questions before you stump their employees. They are the most knowledgeable car salespeople I have encountered in my 40+ years of car buying.
