This is my third experience buying a car from Marc Soloway at Metrowest Subaru. I cannot imagine working with anyone else. Historically, the car salesman has been seen as the opponent challenger whom the buyer has to outwit. For me, Marc exemplifies "partner, helper, advocate, supporter". He does more than streamline the process, he creates an environment where you can openly discuss all of your thoughts in a space that feels safe and trustworthy. I always feel as if Marc has my best interest at heart. I really can't say enough about the level of his professionalism, knowledge of the product, patience, and kindness. More

Having recently moved here from another state, he was totally instrumental in guiding us patiently through the MA process and made it simple and easy for us. At the time of transfer, he even took the time to completely check to see that there was nothing of importance left in our trade-in. (Ha! He subsequently found my sunglasses! Thank you Marc!) I would highly recommend Marc and MetroWest and look forward to a long relationship. Note: Their service dept has also been great to work with in that they helped keep my old Subaru in top condition and us safe. They always made me aware of things that need attention and the options available to remedy them. Love the indoor service bay! More

My experience with purchasing my new forester went better than any other vehicle I have owned. I recently moved to Massachusetts from Southern California with my family and have never had to deal with harsh than any other vehicle I have owned. When looking for a new vehicle I wanted one that I could rely on to keep my family safe and keep up in the New England winters. Subaru fit all of those boxes. I’ve never owned a Subaru before and didn’t know much about them before going to the dealership with my wife and kids. Our sales person Marc was very helpful and friendly. I explained to him what my family was looking for in a car and he went over the features that Subarus have. He explained to us how Subarus have an eyesight camera. This camera senses the road and sends alerts, brakes and takes control of the vehicle when need. The Forster we were looking at also had signals on the mirrors letting you know when a vehicle was in your blind spot which was a nice safety feature. The car also has a backup camera that helps you see and stops the car if you get too close to an object. I expressed my concerns about driving in the snow and Mark explained how Subarus are All Wheel Drive performing well in tough conditions when extra traction is needed. I’ve had bad experiences with buying vehicles in the past but this was not like that at all. Marc was not pushy, allowing my wife and I to take our time with the purchase and fully understand everything. Answering all our questions when needed with a positive attitude. I highly recommend Marc to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. More

Be wary of the service dept. Double check any work you have done. Metrowest changed my Crosstrek's oil and filter at 9k miles. At 12k miles I checked the oil level and found i Double check any work you have done. Metrowest changed my Crosstrek's oil and filter at 9k miles. At 12k miles I checked the oil level and found it to be at least 1 1/2 quarts above the fill line. Alarmed, I took the car back to Metrowest. Adam, the service manager inspected the level with me, agreed it was too high and confirmed my understanding that overfilling could seriously damage the engine and catalytic converter. His response to what he saw, after we had checked the level and were away from the car, was to dispute the degree of overfill and claim that it was only 1/2 qt over. I responded that it was a least a quart over; he bet me I was wrong. Back at the car, he had to acknowledge that the oil was over the twisted part of the dip stick - more than a quart overfill. There was not a word of apology for the overfill- just the statement "mistakes happen" . . He suggested that I have them change the oil and filter (for $89). I responded thanks anyway, but please just drain the oil to the correct level. That was done without charging me. But I was disappointed that the receipt mentioned only incorrect oil level without mention of how grossly overfilled it was. I guess it will be just my bad luck if the oil fill caused damage that doesn't show up until later and I don't have any proof of what might have caused the damage More

I had a great experience working with Jake McEvoy on the purchase of my new automobile. This dealership was a little further away, but Carol on their team was fast to contact me and followed up again once i purchase of my new automobile. When I arrived to inspect the vehicle and determine whether it was a good fit for me, Jake was really polite, he showed me the vehicle and answered all of my concerns. It was worth the drive to MetroWest Subaru because I did not have the same experience at a nearby dealer. Because it was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, I was anxious and afraid of the decision, making such a major purchase and fear of not getting overcharged. I believed that working with someone who was kind, welcoming and positive would make the whole thing more fun. You also want someone who will be as straightforward and truthful as possible. Jake's assistance, honesty, and openness made this aspect of the process go more smoothly. He also made some of the tedious tasks go faster by chatting with me. Essentially, I was satisfied with my Legacy and would definitely return/refer others in the future for vehicle purchases. More
