respectful and honest Alex helped me in the service department. I drove in with a screeching and rattling. I was fearing the worst. They could have sold me anything to h Alex helped me in the service department. I drove in with a screeching and rattling. I was fearing the worst. They could have sold me anything to have the noises stop. Alex explained to me with language that I could understand that the technician found it was merely a pebble which got caught by a plate with the brakes and the rattling was just the heat shields. All of which they could take care of on that visit. I did have to wait a couple of hours but overall I was extremely happy with the service that Alex and Chris the service manager provided. More

He has terrific product knowledge, was very good at explaining things to us (including the tech things that are a bit challenging for a couple in the mid-60's), and pleasant and easy to work with. He also is a hard worker. The particular features we wanted were not available on a Forester in the lot, so he worked with other dealers to find us just the car we wanted. So we bought a good car at what we feel to be a fair price and could not be more pleased.
