He called me within an hour and said he was done looking and found the perfect used SUV. We returned on Saturday to purchase the new (to us) vehicle. Bobby was a pleasure to deal with. Made a good experience out of bad situation We had our son's 202 Explorer in for service due to dead battery. It was thought that the issue was a door switch that allowed the dome lights to stay We had our son's 202 Explorer in for service due to dead battery. It was thought that the issue was a door switch that allowed the dome lights to stay on when locked. The switch was replaced and the battery charged. We took the vehicle home and the next morning the battery was dead again. I was at work and my wife was out of town, so I called the dealership and said they needed to pick the vehicle up and fix it. They towed it to the dealership and kept overnight to ensure they found the issue. They replaced the battery, which we paid for however the dealership covered the towing and additional diagnostics. Overall I have been satisfied with this dealership over the past 6 years or so. More
