They told her that it was a blown head gasket (not a terribly expensive fix). Eventually talking her into a brand new vehicle. They gave her only $500 for her trade in, less that a week later they are asking more than $10,000 for the same car! They saw her as an easy person to take advantage of, so trusting & pretty clueless about buying a car. DO NOT send your loved ones here, You will regret recommending them. This is not the first story of dishonesty that I have heard about from Grossman dealerships & I am sure it will not be the last! More

His no pressure approach is a big reason I came back the second time to pull the trigger on the truck. Dean actually went to bat for me several times throughout the process to help me reach my desired price and even came in on his day off to work with me on closing the deal. I worked with their finance guy (Mike I think his name was) who was just as good and had me cracking up the entire time...great guy.
