Went in on 6/25/22 To get my 5000 mile first service on my truck the oil was changed the tires were not rotated and the service was not good, I marked one of the tires before I got to the dealer and the ti my truck the oil was changed the tires were not rotated and the service was not good, I marked one of the tires before I got to the dealer and the tire was never moved stayed in the same spot. There was no order in place cars were all over the place would not go there again. More

I’ve done my best to hold on until my entire sale was complete to review. But given the circumstance I’m annoyed. I purchased a 2022 colorado I love the car, I’m greatly underwhelmed by the this dealersh complete to review. But given the circumstance I’m annoyed. I purchased a 2022 colorado I love the car, I’m greatly underwhelmed by the this dealership. My purchase was in transit Before I inquired about the car, 2022 colorado the redline edition. I test drove a z71 and was led to believe my colorado came with the same interior package and came with the off-road step bars. Needless to say… the interior package was NOT the same, One would assume that when they pick up their vehicle it would be ready to go! Well nope… the step up bars have yet to make their way to my truck. I tried to contact the parts department for a week, spoke to a young lady she “wrote down” my name and number and said the parts department would call me with an update it’s been a week And SURPRISE! No update. I had to call bominin Chevy to ask what the situation was to learn they were back ordered. Also had to buy my truck mats there because again no response. Making a transaction is easy, there was nothing transformative about walking into this dealership. I plan on getting my first free service and finding another dealership to service my vehicle. Even if that means driving from Miami lakes to Dadeland. More
