This dealer is horrendous. It took months for them to transfer my tag and get me my registration. They left the packaging from the car mats in the back k of my car. No one ever It took months for them to transfer my tag and get me my registration. They left the packaging from the car mats in the back k of my car. No one ever calls you back. They say they’ll’fix’ it and never follow up. They pass the buck on everything. If there was a closer dealer I’d never return here and wouldn’t recommend buying a car from them if you can go elsewhere. Lucky I like the vehicle. Although now I’m having an issue with Connect and have reported to Kia USA and they don’t even follow up. Extremely disappointed in the entire experience. More
