These people don't comply with lease agreements. I came to do a lease buyout on my kia soul and I wasn't charged the residual Value purchase prize at the end of the lease givin to me on the contract I came to do a lease buyout on my kia soul and I wasn't charged the residual Value purchase prize at the end of the lease givin to me on the contract when leasing the car. Instead I was ripped off. When I question the agent I was givin false explanations and false fees yet not disclosed on the lease buyout purchase. I didn't even received a paper contract of it. Instead I received some documents on my email, but none of them especified my lease buyout. There's only one document that especifies I made a purchase of a used car but not a purchase on my leased car. I already tried to call the manager for a refund but haven't been able to get in contact with him. My other step will be complaing to Miami dade county about this dealer fraudulent charges, and suing them for it. More
