Took my trailblazer there for a oil leak. After they check it they say I also have vapor escaping the gas line and to fix both problems it would be $6,200.00 but the technician is willing to make you a check it they say I also have vapor escaping the gas line and to fix both problems it would be $6,200.00 but the technician is willing to make you an offer to buy the trailblazer. My response was it's not for sale please fix it. There was no communication about how long this will take. I'll call and they send my call to message I had to take the uber there to speak to them. After one week and a half I recieved a call to pick up the trailblazer. It was dirty with greasy hands and the radio on loud spanish music the ac blowing hot air. The ac was working fine when I took it there. I return the trailblazer the following day and told them that now the ac have a problem which it did not have before. They said give them a day it took a week or more of back and forth and none communication before I was able to finally go to the managers office to air my frustration. It took another week before they called me to get the trailblazer. Ac still not working . I message the manager to let him know. He replied they did the best they can and the ac needs a box and because the blazer is a 2007 they cant find that part. 1 week later the engine light is on again vapour escaping the gas line. That's my experience and I'm out of $6,200 and had to give up my job because I did not have transportation. More
