I came in on Saturday to purchase a car. I was advised certain items that shpuld be optional were not and had to be included. LOjack, etch vin, and some scratch/dent policy. Took the price up to 28700. I was not too pleased but since they said it wasn't optional it was added. Then at financing, all nimbers were not reviewed with me, the price then went up to 31700. I have no idea what was added to increase the price to that amount. If i was given an extended warranty this should have been told to me or even asked to see if i wanted it. Not done. Then no copies of all sign documents. No information regarding the services added. I have been calling since Sunday and still have not gotten them. My first experience with Miami Lakes Auto was very good which is why i came back but now i wish i had went somewhere else. Latarsha Johnson

The advisor that took my car in made a big difference, very personable. Great experience. Everything was done in a timely matter. Tires were rotated, oil changed and car inspection. Excellent job. More
