My wife had purchased a brand new chevy traverse and on the sales price a cost for cleaning the car is included, my car was not detailed on the day of sale cause the service side closed. They told us to come in any day after the sale and they would detail the car, which wife did today and after being there for an hour and a half the car still had dirty smudged windows, under the carpets was still debris and now it had new dirty foot marks in i, and they threw water in the outside. Hour and a half for just water when she could have gone to a car wash place and gotten a better job done in 5 mins. More

I have tried for 2 days after several phone calls and a voice mail yesterday to Jesus to speak with finance. Nobody will take a minute to speak with me I keep hearing that there busy . I bought a Ford F150 from this dealership over a week ago and purchased the GPS package. I was told that I would be texted a pin and that I could set up the Kahu service. The worst experience ever in this Chevrolet dealer! This is our 4th lease in the recent years and we wanted to lease a truck, so my husband went last night to check on options, and the sales rep Jose Inoa, is our 4th lease in the recent years and we wanted to lease a truck, so my husband went last night to check on options, and the sales rep Jose Inoa, really made him believe he was getting a good option also taking advantage of the proximity to closing hours so the process was quick, but no, they just want to take your money and the supposed discounts you receive are all a fake move to make you feel closing a good deal. Even the MSRP page that we found later inside the car at home, had a different value compared with our agreement, which I'm sure should be illegal, and we checked also online in the Chevy webpage and their own web about discounts and extras we didn't get, and we felt uncomfortable about the deal we just closed so we went back this morning soo early that they were not even there.... when this person finally arrived, told us "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do, In Florida you can not bring back your lease for an early termination, no grace period, no option'. We were even ready to loose the money we pay down yesterday, but for the opportunity to go out of a bad 3 years deal, but this person was not even trying to help us find any solution. Indeed when I was trying to make a valid point about my rights to an early termination, even if it's not free, this person called their legal person to find for me where in the agreement was that written... because I read the papers and it wasn't there. So this person comes, read the papers, check indeed that the agreement says only about the lessor right to cancel, doesn't say anywhere that I don't have any rights about it, and tells me 'ohh, it's in the sales agreement where we have it, not in the lease agreement, but all this problem for a ridiculous 500 payment' and here this other Jose just complete the disrespectful cicle and tells me that I can take the papers to a lawyer and sue them. OMG... I'm still trying to process how low level they operate!! It's my money, nobody has the right to tell me that it is ridiculous amount, other than that you should be trying to make customers comfortable paying for the services, because the problem is not even the value itself, it's the feeling of over paying for what you get and worse, being mistreated. And this Jose Inoa, who gave us a card that says Internet Manager, has the guts to tells us that the info we saw about MSRPs, lease calculations with cero down and offers online are not true... no wonder why so many people with negative opinions about the sales low strategies here, so beware, and don't trust them as we did.
