The worst experience ever in this Chevrolet dealer! This is our 4th lease in the recent years and we wanted to lease a truck, so my husband went last night to check on options, and the sales rep Jose Inoa, is our 4th lease in the recent years and we wanted to lease a truck, so my husband went last night to check on options, and the sales rep Jose Inoa, really made him believe he was getting a good option also taking advantage of the proximity to closing hours so the process was quick, but no, they just want to take your money and the supposed discounts you receive are all a fake move to make you feel closing a good deal. Even the MSRP page that we found later inside the car at home, had a different value compared with our agreement, which I'm sure should be illegal, and we checked also online in the Chevy webpage and their own web about discounts and extras we didn't get, and we felt uncomfortable about the deal we just closed so we went back this morning soo early that they were not even there.... when this person finally arrived, told us "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do, In Florida you can not bring back your lease for an early termination, no grace period, no option'. We were even ready to loose the money we pay down yesterday, but for the opportunity to go out of a bad 3 years deal, but this person was not even trying to help us find any solution. Indeed when I was trying to make a valid point about my rights to an early termination, even if it's not free, this person called their legal person to find for me where in the agreement was that written... because I read the papers and it wasn't there. So this person comes, read the papers, check indeed that the agreement says only about the lessor right to cancel, doesn't say anywhere that I don't have any rights about it, and tells me 'ohh, it's in the sales agreement where we have it, not in the lease agreement, but all this problem for a ridiculous 500 payment' and here this other Jose just complete the disrespectful cicle and tells me that I can take the papers to a lawyer and sue them. OMG... I'm still trying to process how low level they operate!! It's my money, nobody has the right to tell me that it is ridiculous amount, other than that you should be trying to make customers comfortable paying for the services, because the problem is not even the value itself, it's the feeling of over paying for what you get and worse, being mistreated. And this Jose Inoa, who gave us a card that says Internet Manager, has the guts to tells us that the info we saw about MSRPs, lease calculations with cero down and offers online are not true... no wonder why so many people with negative opinions about the sales low strategies here, so beware, and don't trust them as we did. More

WORST KIA DEALER IN SOUTH FLORIDA!!!! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a 2019 Stinger from this dealership. At the time of the purchase, there was damage to the paint on the roof DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a 2019 Stinger from this dealership. At the time of the purchase, there was damage to the paint on the roof because the car had been sitting out on the lot for months. At the time I purchased the vehicle, the sales manager (Bijan Motiei) promised to have the part replaced and even wrote it into the contract that the dealership would replace the part. Over the first couple weeks, I called the dealership to get an update on the status, and despite calling basically everyday and leaving voicemails for Sales, Service and Parts departments, I never heard back from any of them. After a few weeks I went back to the dealership and spoke to Bijan in person. He assured me that the part would be ordered and sent me to the service department. I met with Mario and Dyango (the service manager), and they took pictures of the car and assured me they would get the part ordered. Another couple weeks, more phone calls, and still no response from the dealership. 3 months after buying the vehicle and no response, I went back to the dealership. This time I spoke to Angel in the Service department. Again, they took photos of the damage and promised to get the part ordered. Weeks after going (for the 3rd time already) to get this fixed, I can't get a response from anyone at the dealership. I left voicemails for Bijan (the manager who sold me the car), Angel (the service person who was ordering the part) and Michael Carozza (the general manager for service) and never heard back from any of them. It's been 6 months since I bought the vehicle and I still haven't heard back from anyone at Miami Lakes Kia. Absolute worst dealership in South Florida. If you need a Kia, literally any other dealer is better than this one. More

The purchase took over a week to complete and when I arrived to pick it up when ready to leave they only had 1 key for the new Jeep.. Its been over a month and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the key that should have been provided with the vehicle. More
Shady shady!! They Sigurd with me for a trade in on my 2019 vehicle. The wanted to give me 17k for a trade in. I have 3 other dealers that were going to give me 24k. I told them they are looking at the wrong model. They said no we are right on with our trade in value. I spoke the the sales manager. I told him he needs to put in the correct options the vehicle has. After he argued with me he did and offered me 20k. I told him he is way to far off!! My wife and I walked out. Super rude people!!
