I bought a car, and after that, I've been waiting for 40 days to receive the tag and registration. I've already been pulled over by the police because of this. I'm still waiting for a phone response, and it seems I'll have to drive to the location! The customer service is TERRIBLE! After you make the purchase, no one will assist you anymore! Buy elsewhere if you want to avoid being treated like nothing and begging for a service that should have been provided! The manager doesn't answer! The seller doesn't resolve! Financial doesn't answer. No one answers you! Call any time of day, every day, and no one will be available! More
