Repair service is very good, but the telephone service is inexistent. Repairs are done well, and service is fast. I called 10 times and left two messages over two consecutive days with no response. I called the receptionist and she said "If they don't answer the service phone, there is nothing I can do about it. I work on the Chevy building, not Jeep". At my request, she eventually transferred me to the Service Manager called the Service Manager and left a voice mail, but he did not call me back. Them, my wife called Jeep Wave and filed a complaint. Jepp Wave managed the appointment for us. More

Recently purchased a vehicle from here. Nothing these people said was true. Wanted to pay cash but they would not do any negotiations unless I financed. Finance guy said I had to wait 4 months to pay loan off-LIE. Told me the Jeep Factory Warranty did not transfer to me-LIE. Badgered me into buying the extended warranty, basically saying I was a bad parent if my daughter did not have this. He told me I would have to keep this for a year and if I didn’t use it then cancel-another LIE. They also told me the incorrect bank that they were using for the financing. And the best one is telling me to Lie if the bank called me and tell them my husband was driving the car not my daughter. Be careful buying from here. If I could bring my car back and go elsewhere I would. More
