We went to Miami Lakes Kia looking to buy a car- Kia Forte. The dealership itself is small, looks disorganized and dirty. While the sales rep was very helpful and accommodating, the sales manager was no Forte. The dealership itself is small, looks disorganized and dirty. The mark up to their vehicles was excessive, they were quoting us $31+ thousand (OTD) for a $22+(MSRP) base car without packages. When we tried to negotiate to remove dealer add-ons that we don’t want, he has the gall to tell us he won’t because they need to make some profit ( I am pretty sure under FTC regs that was illegal!) So, we walked away and never turned back. And don’t believe the advertised prices they have on their website, it’s a hoax aimed to bait people in. Stay away from this dealership! They don’t even deserve the one star. More
