The worst dealer I've seen in Miami, they sold me a car in poor condition and they don't want to take responsibility, I wouldn't recommend buying a second-hand car in that place, they lie to you when they in poor condition and they don't want to take responsibility, I wouldn't recommend buying a second-hand car in that place, they lie to you when they want to sell it, and to make matters worse they want it from you buy back very cheap to sell you a new one. It is a total lack of respect to charge me (who bought the vehicle at your facility ), 200 dollars just to inform me that the reparation I needed is 2500 dollars. No explanation, no details, no interest towards my needs and cero consideration towards myself Spent more than 45 minutes waiting, ( I had my appointment booked for service and was there on time ), just to see 25+ workers checking their Instagram account and totally ignoring me (service agents, cashier, and an inexistent manager , who never showed up to assist me) Service at Jeep showed lack of interest for anything except for quick cash A formal complaint has been filed at Florida Department of Consumers Services.
