This is in reference to Miami Lakes Kia This dealership showed us nothing but disrespect. I inquired about a vehicle, and was asked to come in to see it. We drove an hour and 15 minutes to get t dealership showed us nothing but disrespect. I inquired about a vehicle, and was asked to come in to see it. We drove an hour and 15 minutes to get to the dealership. Upon arrival they told us the vehicle was being serviced and wasn’t available to see. Absolute waste of gas and time. The salesperson Tony finally reached out a week and a half later and we agreed to a price, we waited about 4 hours for the finance guy to call us. We had better financing terms with our credit union so began the process of working with them. Not even 20 minutes later Tony texts me saying the car is being sold to someone else. He ignored all our calls all our texts, and still hasn’t had the face to return a text or call. Within 20 minutes that we were doing our financing they gave away the family car that my 6 month pregnant wife and I were trying to buy. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. They don’t care about the customer, they don’t care about anybody. More
