He took note of our price/feature preferences and made recommendations that were a good fit for us. Michael's Toyota has the biggest inventory of Toyotas and has all the color/models/options on site - makes for great side-by-side comparison when deciding on interior/exterior color and features. Kaz took us around not once but twice/thrice to help us make up our minds. All the staff members at dealership we interacted with throughout the buying process were extremely cordial and friendly. They even offer complimentary tea/coffee/snacks onsite - just goes to show well they treat their customers. Being that the Highlander just came out, he only had a couple in stock at a time, so when a new color would come in he would have us come down and check it out or bring it out for us to see. Once we decided what we wanted, we got the best price and ordered the car, Chad made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The facilities are very nice, they have golf carts which are awesome for someone with a disability. Top notch service. Chad is the one to see. More
