Took my daughter Chrysler 200 to get fixed because it wouldn’t start. They got in there and found 2 problems and went above and beyond to get it fixed and back to us as soon as possible. They flat are there to RIP off customers and warranty . The service writer, Jeff, provided very good service and kept constant communication through the process. I am however disappointed that not all the repairs were completed. The time frame was too long and the negative battery cable was left loose leading to my having a dead battery the day after picking it up, making me late to work. There was also a misunderstanding about repairs that I did and didn’t authorize. It was work that needed done so I just bit the bullet and paid for the work they completed. More
The staff is very unprofessional and will lie to you to get you into there facility. So far my car seems to be running properly. However, I am frustrated because I paid just under a thousand dollars and I got my car back with black greasy fingerprints all over the visor and on the fabric on frustrated because I paid just under a thousand dollars and I got my car back with black greasy fingerprints all over the visor and on the fabric on the ceiling. I was able to get the fingerprints off the visor but had to take it back for them to clean the ceiling. It feels very careless and disrespectful that the mechanic not only left black marks and neglected to clean them, but was driving my car with filthy hands. As I stated, the people at the desk inside were very kind and cleaned it for me but considering how much I spent I am irritated I received it back that way and had to go back. Even the man that cleaned it for me stated that the mechanic should not have been touching the visor. I don’t think I would go back, let alone recommend this dealership. More
I am not sure what was the guys name, he was at the service desk he is very friendly and helpful. His desk was by the door by the stairs. But he is always helpful and does his best. Well the truck was awsome. I felt comfortable. Jeff & the team are helping me through a serious steering issue on my 2019 Wrangler. At this writing, the problem has been diagnosed and replacement parts are on a priority special order.
