Worst car buying experience EVER!! This dealership has done nothing but lie and twist their words around since dealing with them. Started with the salesman Eddie. He lied to the bank an This dealership has done nothing but lie and twist their words around since dealing with them. Started with the salesman Eddie. He lied to the bank and didn’t tell them my BF had a child support payment. BF made $500 down payment, 3 weeks later was told bank decided not to take the loan because of the child support payment not being divulged to them ( by the salesman.). So went back because they said they got another bank to approve him. The payment was outrageous do he gave the car back. They kept his down payment saying it was for “ rental fees and by their calculation he was getting off easy since rental fees were more than what the $500 down payment was”! Before we knew Eddie lied to the bank to get the sale for my bfs car I bought a car from him for me and also one for my son. He lied and told me ALL taxes were paid through the dealership and included on my loan. So when I went to the bmv I would have to pay registration fees only - no taxes. Needless to say I ended up paying $244 for taxes. Eddie told me he never told me I’d pay registration fees only. Then had the guts to tell me I should have asked the question better if I didnt understand what he meant by registration fees. They also changed the conditions of my loan AFTER I signed paperwork and held up my title work. They made me pay them my first month payment before releasing the title work. They held up paperwork so long that the first payment was due before they got the title work processed. So they paid the bank the first payment which I never suthirized. They also held up paying off my trade in so long it made me two payments behind on it which is now on my credit report. The payments on my trade in had never been late in the 6 years I had it! They even put mybtrsfe in on their lot for sale without having it paid off and no title! They removed my comments from their fb Page and blocked me from commenting. I’ve had others tell me the same thing has happened to them. I have saved all my text messages. I told Eddie to stop texting me 3 times and he continues to text me. I have reported them to the BBB and also have a report filed against them with my loan company. DONT EVER SHOP HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! More

Most side trapt dealerships I have ever delt with I went in because of all the commercials I kept hearing on the radio. I walk in and everyone is on their phone or talking to co-workers, I find a sale I went in because of all the commercials I kept hearing on the radio. I walk in and everyone is on their phone or talking to co-workers, I find a sales person and they want to buy my 2016 Nissan for 300, I need a truck for winter, So I am looking at trucks and I find one that is decent only $21000, I sign the paperwork and I get my 1st statement and they say I owe 35,000. I call and call and call and I can't get ahold of anyone so I go down there, they said i paid 14,000 in taxes. I have continuously fought with them about this, my lawyer is taking them to court about this matter to I hope they get shut down. More
