Would not recommend getting service work done here at all. On top the techs miss a lot things that should have been caught during a service. Biggest issue with the service and parts is the massive lack of communication. Needs to go back in. Service advisor nor service manager have reached out to get it set up to go back in. Have called and left voicemails and emails and they’re “to busy” to reply. The lady who sold me my jeep has since told me this is a very very common issue with service and parts and recommends going elsewhere More

Thom is the best to work with. His honesty was almost shocking. Like we have never had a salesman who made us feel like VIP. My husband stated we needed to talk about this and will come back tomorrow. Thom asked what he can do to get us to take the truck home that day. My husband said we needed to go for some drinks and talk about it and come back tomorrow. Thom asked what my husband drank. Come to find out they like the same thing. Thom ends up talking us into buying this truck. We go thru finance and when we get out Thom put the paper plate on and we left. 15 minutes goes by and Thom calls my husband. He told my husband thank you for earning his business. Thom had apologized to my husband because he didn’t get to have some shots and think about this big purchase. But he told my husband to open the glove box. We do and there was a bottle of my husbands favorite whisky on there. Thom said instead of thinking about it, now we can celebrate. It brought tears to my eyes because he didn’t have to do that. Thom not only got us a great deal but he went above and beyond. It was like his way of saying thank you for trusting me in this $80,000 purchase. I have shared this story on Facebook and all social medias because this was an experience we will remember forever. We also reached out to Stellantis and let them know what a wonderful experience we had. People like Thom need to be recognized. More
