Rude and unprofessional. Won’t respond to emails , her attitude and demeanor are trash . I’d be embarrassed to have her working for a company like this . They told me $200 for a diagnostic, then it turned into $500 then it ended with me paying $824 for JUST telling me the issues . I will never go back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO BODY TO GO THERE !!!! I did not realize they would spend 30 minutes diagnosing a problem I already told them was a problem and char issue for the 30 minutes she quoted me.
