Service department is a joke. Have taken it in for oil changes and the technicians have missed obvious leaks and left drain plug loose. Had to bring it back to have work redone after a gasket failed with in 6k miles. Was told there was no issue with my transmission when it does have an issue. No communication unless I call. Will be taking my business elsewhere More

Justin was phenomenal and was nothing short of kind and personable. However, the dealership tried to overcharge me for a repair almost twice the amount at another dealership that services jeeps. I'm extremely disappointed to feel like Michiana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat tried to take advantage of a young woman needing a car repair like so many other men based auto repair shops do too often. I will never come back for any service ever again and this was my first time getting serviced st this location. More
