I’ve worked as a service manger and a service writer at several dealerships in my past. I have to say I will never be bring back my vehicle for service. I will say the work that was done I’ve had no proble several dealerships in my past. I have to say I will never be bring back my vehicle for service. I will say the work that was done I’ve had no problems with but service writers,phone reception personnel, you know the ones that deal with the customer, are just plan rude,lazy and not helpful at all. A real shame because I did have a great salesman here but because of the people I dealt with in service I will no longer do business with them. More
