2nd review. I had to take my jeep back in due to transmission and engine check lights coming on. They charged me another dionostic fee then told me nothing was wrong with it and they never saw an engine light on. Now, neither my cruise control nor my horn work. Do not let these people work on your vehicle!! I'm still xxxxxx and owe a bundle and now I have more things wrong with my jeep than when I took it in for an oil leak! They also told me my bad startup was due to my battery....not even close, never had a hard time cranking it over since I drove up from Florida. Plus, they never returned my call when I called about the horn and cruise control. More

I did not feel like I got a good explanation on what was done to my car. When I questioned I was told I owed nothing bc it was a recall and a free inspection, but not really an explanation on what they did done to my car. I was escorted to the waiting room where a gentleman came up and started asking me a bunch of questions…why are you here?…did you buy from us?…how much is your monthly payment?….do you like your vehicle? I told him I loved my vehicle and had no interest in a trade in. I was then told I could get a bigger vehicle for the same monthly payment. Then he started to question me about my husband’s vehicle. I was there for a recall, not to be pressured to look at vehicles. I was content with my phone and doing some work, and yet, I felt pressured by this individual. The first time I was ever at your dealership I was rushed to make a purchase without even having time to think about it, so I walked away. Maybe that is how you make your sales, but that is a turn off for me. Buying a new vehicle should be a thought out decision and not rushed. *The lady that met me in the parking lot and guided me where to go was extremely friendly and willing to help. She even made sure she waved goodbye as I was pulling out. Sorry I do not know her name. More
