Do not purchase a car from them and especially do not have your car serviced by them. Michiana CDJR has been a terrible experience. When we purchased the new car it had a rear tail light out. They n have your car serviced by them. Michiana CDJR has been a terrible experience. When we purchased the new car it had a rear tail light out. They never inspected the car before selling it. When we took it back in to have the light replaced they treated us like we were an inconvenience to the service department. 400 miles on the brand new car we we had an issue with a check engine light and the car not heating. The car was in the shop for 21 days while they struggled to find the cause. At first we were told it was software and sensor related, only later to be told it was a valve that was bad. When we finally got the car back it was dirty on the inside, especially where the technicians dragged their feet getting in and out of the car. After finally getting the car back, there was an issue with a pop up on the Uconnect screen that was not there before. We asked the dealer about it and sent pictures, their reply was, we don't know what that is and cannot help you. I have had to open multiple cases with Jeep and Uconnect to try and deal with the incompetence at Michiana CDJR. More
Your service department was incredible they repaired our 2016 jeep wrangler in a week which la Porte chrylsler who kept telling us one thing and kept our jeep for 10 months. Terrible service. Terrible communication. They have had my car for 3 weeks and are supposedly just now starting the work. I wish I would have avoided this dealer like Terrible communication. Routine oil change & inspection & tire rotation on 3/17. Three weeks later overheating engine light appeared on my 2 yo SUV and stalled. Coolant was low & no leak per my local mechanic.
