I do not feel that I need to contact anybody. I was there three days last week. I think that it’s very unprofessional that you send a generic message that says please contact Dan Bailey to discuss this in private, when clearly I was already in the dealership and I already tried to resolve this privately. I have exhausted my options, and when this was being discussed privately all last week, then Dan Bailey should have gotten involved then. Dan Bailey should contact me. I will not be contacting anyone as I have had numerous sleepless nights over this issue.

Thank you, but I don’t believe I will be contacting anyone in your dealership again for any resolution in this matter, I was very present last week when this was happening. I feel that if I was an important customer to your corporation, then the aforementioned people would be reaching out to me. Update on my jeep, I was taking it Tuesday, took it to a different shop, however, Monday evening miraculously everything turned back on with no issues. I had the part in hand, because it actually was able to be ordered and came to my house almost immediately, so again, the “backorder” ramble that Jeff tried to give me, probably wasn’t that accurate if someone like me, can order the part and get it within a few days. I however, kept my appointment and went to the shop, whom were VERY aware of my situation and they pulled the steering off because I told them if they get in there and need to fix it go ahead. Funny though there was no water damage that they could see, and all codes cleared. Further more the charge was an absolute $0 with the expectation I would use them in the future and tell my friends… What a concept!!!! Now THAT is great customer service.
