The oil change took an hour and a half. This happened before and they said they fixed the problem. I've had decussions with friends around town who complained about the service taking so long, so I aske before and they said they fixed the problem. They laughed and said that no they have solved that problem and that it no longer takes them that long. But sure enough I arrived at 8:09 and left at 10:24am. To me that's way too long for just an oil change. More

I negotiated with Maureen over e-mail and phone. Told her that I wanted a firm final out the door price and didn't want surprises when I arrived at the dealership. I even sent an e-mail confirming that her her quote was inclusive of tax, tags, document fees and any/all other charges. When I arrived at the dealership and received the final paperwork to sign, the bottom line price was there with no itemized detail. When I asked for the detail it was finally disclosed that the quoted price did not include NC sales tax. She knew I was coming from NC and never explained that her price would not include sales tax. I even sent an e-mail following our negotiation confirming that the price included tax, tags, title etc. At the dealership, she acted like she never received my message. I drove 2 hours out of my way to do business with this dealership and had to walk out because they were trying to play games with their quote just to get me in the showroom. She tried to act like it was a misunderstanding, but I clearly told her the day before that I did not want any surprises or additions to the bottom line price after I arrived and she did it anyway. The manager was not willing to make any concessions for the trouble they caused me. I will never consider doing business with this dealership again and would caution anyone else who is considering it. More
I'm Nelson and I worked with Claudette green....she was very helpful as were most people at the dealership....my main problem was how long the entire process took. Also, there were no floor mats in my new very helpful as were most people at the dealership....my main problem was how long the entire process took. Also, there were no floor mats in my new car in the backseat originally and one employee wanted to take the mats out of my old car and put them in the new one. When Im paying for a new car, I expect everything to be new personally. Overall I recommend this dealership as well as Claudette. Just don't expect to get out of there in a reasonable amount of time. When i went into Midlands Honda dealership, i was greeted by friendly people with a warm welcome and smiles. I was greeted by customer service specialist, P.R. Mosher. he greeted me with a warm welcome, smile and firm handshake. I told him what i was looking for and he showed me the different types of cars that i was interested in and just my luck, the dealership had what i was looking for. I test drove the car and fell in love with the car instantly. He was very informative about the car i was interested in and he was also informative about the other honda cars that was on the lot. Just wanted to inform me on what Honda offers. After i test drove, i did not want to look at anything else because i knew what i wanted and i got what i wanted. I would recommend him to friends/family because he is a nice, friendly, courteous, patient and knowledgable person. If he keeps doing what he's doing, he will bring much success to the company. Throughout my entire experience i felt very comfortable and was not pressured into something that i did not want to do. He kept me informed during the process of getting everything finalized of the purchasing of my new vehicle. Also, showed me where the service department was located and explained what i would have to do if i ever run into any problems with my vehicle. Overall, wonderful customer service. i give this dealership 5 stars out of 5. i would give this customer service specialist, 5 stars out of 5. More
Worst experience ever. Went in bought a used jetta Fri. Came home and noticed one of the guages wasn't working. Called, they said to bring it in. It stayed there for 4 days. He would never return our calls. Tried Brent got the same response. Finally they figured out the issue it would cost $250. to fix and they wouldn't pay for it. We had a 30 or 90 day warranty on ALL used cars. So, basically we got into a pissing contest with dealership. No one would help us out. We had the car not even 24 hrs. took it back and it stayed there all week with no sense of urgency. They wouldn't fix it. So we had to go to our bank and let them know what the deal was and how the dealership was acting. Basically when the bank got involoved is when things happened. Need less to say we returned the car back into honda and got our money back. The only person that was great was the finance lady Debbie Phillips. Atleast with her you didn't feel screwed over. Scott and Brent didn't care about nothing but selling a car and moving you on through. Worst expeirence ever. Would not recommend this dealership. Atleast will the current mangement is in place.... I originally bought a used 2009 Honda Civic from Scott Austin. Unbenownst to both of us, the car had some problems that were not apparent of before the sale. Scott did everything in his power to correct Austin. Unbenownst to both of us, the car had some problems that were not apparent of before the sale. Scott did everything in his power to correct all of the problem areas. When I continued to have a problem after they had done extensive corrective work, Scott talked to Sam Reynolds, new car sales manager, about what they could do to make me entirely happy with my purchase experience. Sam offered me a trade to a new, 2010 Honda Civic for the same payments as I had on the used car. Debbie Phillips, business manager, helped me get the extended coverage I needed for the way I drive, and made sure my payments were still affordable. All in all, it was the best car-purchasing experience I have ever had. Scott is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he will go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy with his purchase. Midlands Honda is a great place to buy a used or new car. More
I am extremely upset about a recent car I bought I had read reviews for Midlands before even going and everything sounded great..but I was very misled. I bought a used LEMON car. I understand that you nev read reviews for Midlands before even going and everything sounded great..but I was very misled. I bought a used LEMON car. I understand that you never know what your getting with a used car but I am very suprised by the product I brought home. I was told there was nothing major everything looked and sounded great on the car. And not even a week later I get the car a routine checkup I find out there is over 1500 on repairs to be done to it immediately and that is after several opinions. I will not recommend this dealership to a single person but will tell people how unhonest and terrible this has been for me. More
This dealership has a dent repair policy for the life you own the auto you buy from them. They will not stand behind this. I took my car to them for warranty work and was advised my policy had been canceled... I have not canceled my policy and I haven't been refunded my money. Its been 4 weeks and still have not gotten this issue resolved. I will never do any business with this dealership EVER again and would suggest you do the same. More
