On August 12, 2010 I went to Midlands Honda in Columbia, SC to look at a 2010 Honda Odyssey that the online inventory showed as in stock. I have purchased four Honda’s from James Pratt one of the sales peop SC to look at a 2010 Honda Odyssey that the online inventory showed as in stock. I have purchased four Honda’s from James Pratt one of the sales people and he is outstanding. I had found that James was on vacation for the week. I had talked with him the week before and said I would wait on the 2011 to come out. I decided to go ahead and possible purchase one as long as James would get part of the commission and I expressed this to Mark Rossi the sales managers. Mark said ok and asked Scott Austin to help me. The vehicle I went to see had just been sold, but Scott said he had two Odyssey’s that had just came in and had not even been PDI’ed and I could look at them to see if I liked either one of them. I will say that Scott went out of his way to help and show me the two vehicles. He had to get the keys and was actually running both ways. I told him he was too old for that. It was around 6:30 PM when I got to Midland Honda. I chose the vehicle I liked and told Scott it was so late that I could come back in the morning. He assured me that if I wanted to that we could go ahead and do the purchase now or he would put the vehicle on hold till the next day that the choice was mine. It was already closing time but everyone was so nice and we completed the financing on the spot. Debbie Phillips was extremely nice in doing all the financial part of the deal. James, you have some competition in Scott Austin. My experience with Midland Honda has always been outstanding. I would like to personally thank Mark, Scott and Debbie for all the assistance and help they provided to make this another great vehicle purchase from Midlands Honda. More
My family and I recently leased our third Honda Odyssey. We love the car and feel that is the perfect vehicle for a family of five. Bishme and everyone at Midlands Honda were courteous and very mindful of our time through the entire process. It was a very pleasant experience and we actually leased a new car for less than we were paying previously. Got introduced to Dennis Gillan approximately 3 weeks ago . He kept in touch with my son when they got new inventory in. We just lucked out and struck a deal on a 2000 Honda Accord which is what my son wanted from the beginning. Was happy that there was one owner, no accidents and maintained very well. We were able to get to the right price and my son is very happy with what he drives. I too am very pleased with Dennis as he treated my son like he was his own - it was an experience that he will remember for a long time. I will be leasing my next Honda in a year at Midlands! More

From the minute I arrived at the dealership Mark Rossi went out of his way to help me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the Honda CRV and very professional. He was able to back up everything he said and I couldn't help but want the car because of his passion. Once I decided to buy the car I met Dan Demar from finance. Dan was easy going, friendly and honest. He immediately asked me a few questions and went to work getting me the best deal possible to finance my car. They both checked in with me several times making me feel very comfortable and keeping me updated. When we were finally ready to sign the papers it was a smooth process. Loved the dealership and the people who worked there. One sales rep was in on her day off and stopped to walk me to the restrooms. I will reccommend this dealership to everyone I know. I have never felt so comfortable buying a car before. Thank you for having such awesome employees. It truly was a great experience! More
Midlands Honda has a very large inventory and variety of new cars. It had the biggest selection out of the 3 Honda dealerships that we visited. Larry and Kacey were both very enthusiastic and nice and made new cars. It had the biggest selection out of the 3 Honda dealerships that we visited. Larry and Kacey were both very enthusiastic and nice and made the sales experience go smoothly. Larry kept his word that the price for the new car that he gave me written in his e-mail would be the price when we came to the dealership and it was. Kacey gave us a trade-in appraisal for our old car that was competitive with a private sale offer that we had negotiated but fell through at the last minute. Both the initial price for the new car and the initial trade-in value appraisal for the old car that Midlands Honda gave us were in-line with our expectations from what we researched on various internet sites. They were accommodating and didn't bicker about costs and features. For example, I told them I didn't want the cargo tray and they removed it and subtracted the price without a hassle. We were very happy with the entire experience. 5 stars in my book! More

This is the first time I left a dealership feeling as if I had "BOUGHT" a vehicle, not having been "Sold" one. Michele Dickson, made the process educational, pleasant and satisfying. I was provided all the financial options that were available and not rushed to make a decision. The sales manager took time to explain the costs involved and the financing agent, Mike, was all I could have asked for. The entire team inspired "Trust", and that is not something you often find in an auto dealers reputation. This is one time I can recommend a company with confidence that the buyers interest in very much considered. They show that they appreciate their customer, which was refreshing! More
