I bought a new EX from Claudette Green at Midlands Honda last week. It was one of the more pleasurable buying experiences I've had. We've owned two BMWs, two Porsches and a handful of American cars over t last week. It was one of the more pleasurable buying experiences I've had. We've owned two BMWs, two Porsches and a handful of American cars over the years and I've never had as thorough explanation of the car, the warranty, the options, price, etc as I had at Midlands. Claudette is a quiet pro who let me buy the car rather than starting it with "Do you plan to buy this car today?" Sam, the sales manager, was equally as helpful without being pushy. The rating above is all 5's but could be higher if you guys had larger numbers - a great group to work with at Midlands - I recommend them highly. More

I went to Midlands Honda in search for a preowned vehicle I saw online. Before I was even out the truck I was greeted by Maureen. She was extremely helpful. I came there to look at a 2005 Ford Escape and to I saw online. Before I was even out the truck I was greeted by Maureen. She was extremely helpful. I came there to look at a 2005 Ford Escape and to trade in my truck. I had already done a good bit of research on the value of my truck and the price of the Ford Escape I was looking at. What they gave me for my trade in and the price for the Escape was right on the money. I felt when it came time for the paperwork of the loan I was not pushed into anything and that they were looking out for my best interest. I was quite pleased with Midlands Honda. More

Terrible dealership that does not stand behind their cars. Worst customer service I've ever seen in any business. Bought a car that failed within the first 6 months and was shuffled from one person to t cars. Worst customer service I've ever seen in any business. Very knowledgeable sales representative. Maureen asked the right questions and led us to select the CR-V that most met our personal needs and preferences. Her persistance paid off as we originally had on the right questions and led us to select the CR-V that most met our personal needs and preferences. Her persistance paid off as we originally had one model in mind but she convinced us that the "up-sell" version was a better deal while better meeting our exacting requirements. My only criticism of our buying experience is the time it took from beginning to end. We exceeded 5 hours wading through the beauracy before we ever got to the car keys and the handshake. Maureen is a true professional and we enjoyed being "sold" by her. More
