Chris Alston was very helpful and courteous. He listened to our needs and understood that we were very early in the car search process. He knew we were not going to make a purchase that day, but was glad t to our needs and understood that we were very early in the car search process. He knew we were not going to make a purchase that day, but was glad to show us around and allow us to look at and drive any vehicle we were curious about. Some dealers have you sit at a desk and talk to you for 20 minutes before you even see a car. This was not the case with Chris. He took us out to the lot to see what we wanted. Chris wanted to help us with our car search and gave us the information we needed. We even made a second trip back to his location, but he never pressured us in any way. We did not make a purchase at this dealer because they did not have the used car we were looking for. But in the future Chris will be the first person I will call when considering a new car. More

Excellent price. The numbers quoted over the phone and by email were accurate and fair. My salesperson, Maureen Brazel, was informative and responsive. She was also open about their approach for trade-ins, saying that it was not considered in the price quote and was handled as a separate transaction. The Business Manager was professional and respectful, and there were no surprises during the entire inquiry-to-purchase. The car was prepped and ready per my specifications. I have not purchased a NEW car in 26 years, mainly due to the extremely difficult time for that first car (which was an Accord). I can say this purchase exceeded my expectations. More

I drove into this dealership "to look" out of curioisity (a new car in mind) to see what Honda had to offer in the Accords and Civics. Mark Rossi was standing outside and shook my hand and ask me 'how can (a new car in mind) to see what Honda had to offer in the Accords and Civics. Mark Rossi was standing outside and shook my hand and ask me 'how can I help you?" I told him I wanted to see these two cars to see what they were about. We test drove a 2009 Honda Accord and went back to the dealership. We went back inside and he simply asked me "is there anything else I can help you with"? I was "shocked" he did not pressure me or "beg" me as previous sales staff had done specifically at Capital Chevrolet. I told him the situation I was in with my current vehicle and told him I was not really sure that he could help me. He said I will be right back. I told him the payment amount I was looking for and he came back with a "no brainer" deal for me. Because of Mark Rossi's professionalism, no pressure manner, I purchased my very first "dream car" in my life! I never thought this was possible. He focused on "me and my needs" and not his own. This sale was all about me. I have never, ever, had a such a "Fine Dining Experience" as I did Saturday, the 4th of April This day will be remembered by me for all time. No comparison to Jim Hudson or Capital Chevrolet. They can eat their hearts out! I have found my once in a lifetime car, and an awesome dealership that exceeded my expectations! Thank you Mark Rossi, and Midlands Honda for the greatest thrill in my life! I drove off with a brand new shiney red 2009 Honda Accord Sports Coupe with only 21 miles! In March of 2009, I came into Midlands Honda just to look around at the dealerships current inventory. I was still undecided on purchasing a new car or staying payment free with my old car. Upon minutes of me entering the lot, I was approched by Xavier Bailey. From that very instant, Xavier Bailey was very friendly, understanding and professional. Xavier showed excellent care and concern for my dilema and offered several solutions to help me decide my next move. In the end, I purchased a used car from Midlands Honda under the guiding hand of Xavier and I am very pleased with the outcome.
