The whole process was smooth and easy. Wray really made an effort to work with me in getting a vehicle. Andy was a big part of making this happen. an effort to work with me in getting a vehicle. Andy was a big part of making this happen. More
Big Jon promptly contacted the Monday morning after I made an internet inquiry about a car. We scheduled an appointment that afternoon. I established right off that I did not want to play dealer games an made an internet inquiry about a car. We scheduled an appointment that afternoon. I established right off that I did not want to play dealer games and I would not wrestle over every last dollar. He not only honored this wish but was also respectful and friendly. His product knowledge is vast and buying my new Mazdaspeed3 from him was a pleasure. I took several of his cards and will gladly distribute them to friends who are looking for a car. That is the highest rating I can give. More
The car sold to us was not fully disclosed about problems. As soon as it was driven off the lot, the check engine light turned on. We were told the turn signal would be looked at and fixed. However, problems. As soon as it was driven off the lot, the check engine light turned on. We were told the turn signal would be looked at and fixed. However, when taken to the dealership, they claimed they did not have proper equipment to check the vehicle. We are very disappointed. More
Our sales experience was exactly what we had hoped for. Looking at both Mazda & VW models, Robbie took care of us for everything, keeping us from having to re-introduce ourselves to yet another dealership. Looking at both Mazda & VW models, Robbie took care of us for everything, keeping us from having to re-introduce ourselves to yet another dealership. He learned our tastes quickly and did a great job of showing us vehicles that were exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and friendly as we test drove several vehicles and gave us the space and information we needed to make the best decision that fit us. I would highly recommend him to friends and would start with him if/when we're in the market again. More
Thanks to Hal Wray and Robbie Ruple for rapidly locating and delivering a new Mazda CX-5 w/ hard-to-find specs for a fair price. Service department also did an excellent job installing accessories. I just purchased a 2013 Miata replacing my 2006 Miata. I also have a 2011 Mazda3. I brought my oldest daughter and Mother-in-law to Hal Wray and his team and they purchased Mazda3s also. I have a friend a also have a 2011 Mazda3. I brought my oldest daughter and Mother-in-law to Hal Wray and his team and they purchased Mazda3s also. I have a friend at work that is considering the MX-9. It's obvious that I highly recommend Hal Wray and team at Wray Mazda. In purchasing the 2013 Miata, I mainly worked with Hal Wray but was fortunate to have Robbie go over the owners manual and new car demonstration / explanation. Robbie was very knowledgeable about the car and was a pleasure to work with always patient as I asked questions. I recommend Robbie as the sales consultant to work with. More
Seemed like a great dealership to do business with. We had some issues with the car we were looking at (paint damage on rear bumper & mismatched rear tires). They set up a day for us to bring the car back had some issues with the car we were looking at (paint damage on rear bumper & mismatched rear tires). They set up a day for us to bring the car back to have the work done. They also provide free CARFAX reports thru a link on their ads. I used this link to view the report, which came back clean (except 1 line about an 'Exceeds Mechanical Limits' title being issued in error). I checked all the mileage info & everything seemed to be in order...until. We went to NCDMV to register the car only to find out it has a branded title with the previously mention EML brand. I immediately ran a check thru AutoCheck & got an alert listing the branded title. The title was never shown to us & the brand never disclosed (lesson learned). The bill of sale lists the mileage as true and accurate (which I believe it is) but not disclosing the brand on the title (even if it's an error) is still pretty sketchy. I still think we got a good vehicle & good service while we were there, but Wray left us hanging to solve the EML error on our own (which is pretty much impossible. I'm not giving them a horrible rating because I do believe it's an error and you don't buy an older used car with a lot of miles for the resale value. Just take my advice, when buying a used car. Do the CARFAX, do the AutoCheck, but then simply Google the VIN (you'd be surprised what you find) & no matter who you're buying the car from (private party or dealer) ask to see the title before you buy.
