I walked into Wray Mazda not knowing much about buying a new car or how to go about buying one. As soon as i pulled up, "Rockin' Robbie" came right up to me and helped me through the process. Robbie went above and beyond to help me not only understand what i needed to do, but actually did most of the work for me. He was very patient, and answered all of my questions completely. My girlfriend went in a week later to drop off some paperwork for me, and robbie greeted her by name. I was very impressed! I went in knowing nothing and not even knowing if i would be able to buy a car, and walked out with a brand new Mazda 3. I would absolutey recommend going to Wray Mazda! Unlike the other dealerships I've dealt with, I did not feel pressured to buy right away and purchase the a were very friendly and easy to work with. I absolutely love Wray Mazda in Columbia. I researched for months before deciding on a Mazda3. I spoke with Robbie at the dealership over the phone several times before making the trip to Columbia. When I arrived the car I had seen online was sitting on the show room floor waiting on me. After driving it and looking at other models I decided on a different model.Robbie was very patient with me and my husband. He went and filled the gas tank on the vehicle we chose and had it detailed while we did our paper work. He walked me through all the gadgets my car had to offer and also got my blue tooth started.
